bug magery spells

mm i have 21.4 magery and i cast clumsy on me for magic resist and my clumsy failed like much more ten it has succeed and my succeed chance is 98.6 O_O. i dont know whats happening but its like 23 procent succe . can somebody answer on it. and btw clumsy is lv 1 lol.

omg it is more worse ten that it is like 0...00000000000 procent chance to do clumsy on 21.4 magery. is it a uodreams bug ? O_O arghh !! hateful
