Goladam è conosciuto per le vallate di Sosaria come "il menestrello degli innamorati".
E' un bardo rinomato al quale si rivolgono Cavalieri e Dame per narrare le loro pene d'amore o scrivere
ballate al proprio amato.
Un giorno mentre è intento a sostituire le corde ormai usurate del suo liuto, gli si para davanti un
cavaliere in armatura dorata. Si presenta, il suo nome è Lord Thodol.
Lord Thodol è perdutamente innamorato della bella Lady Sith che lo giudica però troppo rozzo e vuole essere
conquistata con delle belle parole d'amore.
Thodol incarica quindi Goladam di comporre una canzone per l'amata Lady Sith, promettendo un compenso che fa strabuzzare gli occhi al menestrello.
Ma appena il cavaliere riparte, Goladam ha un "blocco dello scrittore". Forse la promessa di tanto oro, forse l'importanza dei due innamorati per i quali deve comporre la ballata, sta di fatto che nessuna nota esce dal liuto e nessuna parola viene scritta sulla pergamena.
Goladam è nei guai e chiede il vostro aiuto, componete per lui la canzone dedicata a Lady Sith e fate in modo che Lord Thodol ottenga la sua mano!

Le votazioni da parte dei pg di uod stessi saranno postate su un poll apposito .I pg sceglieranno le prime TRE classificate.
I tre testi migliori verranno declamati in pubblica piazza e sarà la stessa Lady Sith a decidere quale sarà la migliore,
ovvero quale delle tre conquisterà il suo cuore e farà si che Lord Thodol ottenga la sua mano e Goladam il menestrello venga pagato!!!

Goladam is known throughout Sosaria as "The lover's poet".
Many dames and knights search out this well known bard to write of
their love stories or to simply write a poem or song for their loved
one.
One day, while he was changing the worn out cords of his lute, a
knight with golden armor appeared before him. He introduced himself as
Lord Thodol.
Lord Thodol is in love with Lady Sith who thinks that he is too rowdy
and the only way to win her heart is by writing her a poem to prove
his love.
Thodol decides to ask Goladam to write him a song to melt Lady Sith's
heart offering a large reward that surprises the bard.
As the knight rides off, Goladam has a writer's block. Maybe it's
because of the large amount of money at stake, maybe because this song
is so important, but he couldn't even play one note with his lute or
write one word of the song.
Goladam needs your help, write a song dedicated to Lady Sith so that
Lord Thodol will win her hand.

The song must:
Be in medieval fantasy style..
Be longer than five verses but shorter than eight.
Contain AT LEAST SIX references to things that exist on UOD
(Generic terms such as "Paladin" don't count but more specific such as
"Haven" do.)
Rhyme.
Voting
A poll will be made so that pgs may vote. They will choose the first
three placed songs.
The best three will be publicized and Lady Sith will decide which song
she prefers, which will allow Lord Thodol to win her heart and Goladam
to get his pay.
Competition opens : Monday 27 June Midday h.12.00 am
Competition closes and voting opens : Thursday 14 July h
