Premium Service

Introduction

The Premium Service is a packet of privileges GN offers you for your support.

Privileges:

1) GamesNet.it 10Mb E-Mail Address
2) Free Level 2, host service
3) No external POPUPs or POPUNDERs on GN websites and forums
4) Free access to new premium reserved games
5) Free access to premium reserved forums
6) Price-cuts and special offers regarding goods sold at GN-SHOPs
7) Premium logo [ ] above the avatar in GN forums
8) Privileges in game servers with PREMIUM BONUS (see what this shard offers http://www.uodreams.it/?t=premium )
9) Via web communicating by NEWSGROUPS supported by GN.
10) The possibility of having a private and a public forum

Subscription

STEP 1 “subscription on GN’s portal”

For the subscription you should follow some steps, unfortunately for non-Italian speakers these steps are hard to take. GN’s portal, essential for the subscription, is totally in Italian, so I decided to guide you step by step with some useful screen-shoots.

Firstly you should login in GN’s main page www.gamesnet.it (screen-shoot below)




Next you should look under SERVIZI, on the left menu, and click on “servizi premium” (screen-shoot below).



By clicking you should open the page, with a long list of privileges that the PREMIUM Service offers (naturally in Italian and translated at the beginning of this thread). Now you should click on the Request Button “RICHIEDI”. (screen-shoot below)




Now you should fill in the form, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DON’T MAKE MISTAKES as it is a contract to all effect and purposes. The contract is divided into various parts: (screen-shoot below)

CONTRACT LENGTH, which is written on the form as “DURATA”
You must choose between 3 months (3 mesi), 6 months (6 mesi), 12 months (12 mesi), 24 months (24 mesi)

PAYMENT METHOD, which is written on the form as “PAGAMENTO”
If you are a Foreign user you should pay by Bankers Draft, so click on “Bonifico Bancario”.

GENERAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS, which must be read and accepted before subscribing.

[b]SUBSCRIPTION BUTTON[b], which must be clicked after filling in the form and reading the Terms and Conditions to finish the subscription.




Once you have subscribed you should receive an e-mail containing important information regarding payment, but at the moment, unfortunately, it will only contain information written in “Italian”. So I’ll try to make it easier for you.

WATCH OUT:

1) The subscription to the PREMIUM GUL Service is a contract to all effect and purposes. Avoid subscribing more than once.
2) MAKE SURE that the e-mail associated with your GamesNet GUL account is active and that you manage to receive mail, because ALL OF THE NECESSARY DATA will be sent to THAT ADDRESS.

Make sure your e-mail address is active an functional, because the receipt will be sent there.

If not, it’s probable that the e-mail address associated with your GUL account does not work correctly. If so substitute it with one that you are sure will work, by modifying your profile.

To modify your profile, login as before, and click on “il tuo profilo”(standing for “your profile) (screen-shoot below)



You should now be able to visualize your profile. To modify it press on EDIT and then change the email address in the email address box.




STEP 2 “payment”

Having made the subscription you’ll have to make the payment. Because the e-mail containing the information necessary for the payment will be in “Italian” I attached them below.

DO NOT USE THE DATA TO MAKE PAYMENTS IF YOU HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBED TO THE PREMIUM SERVICES.

THE AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR THE PAYMENT IS REGULATED BY THE LENGTH OF THE CONTRACT

3 MESI = 18.00€ ( 6.00€ / month )
6 MESI = 30.00€ ( 5.00€ / month )
12 MESI = 48.00€ ( 4.00€ / month )
24 MESI = 84.00€ ( 3.50€ / month )

Credit Card:

You can pay with your Credit Card using our SECURE gateway going directly to the Bank secure Website.
(the Bank website is in Italian but It's very easy to complete the transaction.)


STEP 3 “activation”

The service will be activated within 15 days subsequent to having received the payment.

When Credit Card payment is used the activation is immediate!

If you want to know if the service has been activated or not, and if activated the expiry date, you should check your profile in GN’s portal.

DELAY IN ACTIVATION

If you have made the payment more than 15 days ago(and not less), and your PREMIUM Service has not been activated yet, send an email to felomnibus@gamesnet.it to inform GN.

Writing in your e-mail, your Username, Name and Surname of the person that made the payment and the exact date of your payment.

If u can, attach to the e-mail a scanned image of your PAYMENT RECEIPT, or send it by FAX to: (+39) 0382 528074

We will check if the payment has been delayed , or if it has been overlooked.

PLEASE NOTE THE DIFFERENCE between PREMIUM SERVICE and PREMIUM BONUS

The PREMIUM service is what GAMESNET offers you for supporting us.

The PREMIUM Bonus, instead is a the packet of eventual privileges “in-game” subsequent to the activation of the PREMIUM service, and it is not of GAMESNET competence.

If you happen to be PREMIUM in GN but not in-game, you should inform the server’s staff and not here.


RENEWAL OF PREMIUM SERVICE CONTRACT

If you want or need to renew the PREMIUM Service, it is NECESSARY to re-fill in the form of the contract in GN’s portal and subscribe and pay before the expiry date.



It is recommended that you make the payment 15 days before the expiry date, as special rewards are offered to whom remains a PREMIUM user for specific periods of time, without interruption.

PLEASE WAIT FOR 14 days, before ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE, as the procedure takes time.
